What is Dance Team?

Dance Team is an auditioned team for advanced dancers who wish to enhance their technique, learn more challenging choreography, work with master choreographers, dance at school events, football games and basketball games, and compete against other high school teams.

Dance Team Audition

​Dance Auditions are held once a year in the spring for the following school year. Dancers attend a workshop where they will learn specific dance combinations and return the next day to perform the routines for a panel of four judges. There are no late auditions allowed. Every dancer must complete a tryout packet and attend the Mandatory Audition Meeting to be eligible to audition.
